الگویی برای شناسایی چالش‌ها و راهکارهای حوزه صیانت از مشتریان نظام بانکی

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش، شناسایی چالش‌های صیانت از مشتریان نظام بانکی در ایران و ارایه راهکارهای مناسب برای ارتقای این فرایند بر اساس دیدگاه خبرگان است.

روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی‌-توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش، کیفی است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با 11 نفر از خبرگان حوزه صیانت از مشتریان نظام بانکی گردآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و شبکه مضامین تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد هفت دسته چالش اصلی شامل ضعف‌های حقوقی و قضایی، زیرساخت‌های فناورانه و امنیت اطلاعات، شفافیت و آگاهی‌بخشی، مقررات‌گذاری و سیاست‌گذاری، رفتار غیرمنصفانه با مشتریان، مدیریت داده‌ها و اطلاعات و آشنایی ناکافی با فناوری‌های نوظهور و تحول دیجیتال وجود دارد. همچنین، هفت مضمون سازمان‌دهنده برای بهبود صیانت از مشتریان شناسایی شد که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها اصلاح چارچوب‌های حقوقی و مقرراتی، تقویت حاکمیت و تعهد مدیریتی، شخصی‌سازی خدمات، بهبود رسیدگی به شکایات، ارتقای شفافیت و سواد مالی و تقویت زیرساخت‌های فناورانه و مدیریت ریسک‌های نوین است.

اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: ارزش‌افزوده پژوهش، ارایه الگویی جامع و مبتنی بر دیدگاه خبرگان برای شناسایی چالش‌ها و راهکارهای صیانت از مشتریان نظام بانکی ایران است که می‌تواند مبنایی برای بهبود سیاست‌گذاری، حکمرانی و ارایه خدمات مشتری‌محور در نظام بانکی قرار گیرد.
