تاثیر پذیرش هوش مصنوعی بر عملکرد کارشناسان خسارت شرکتهای بیمه با نقش میانجی اعتماد و کیفیت تصمیمگیری
چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر پذیرش هوش مصنوعی بر عملکرد کارشناسان خسارت شرکتهای بیمه ایران و تبیین نقش میانجی اعتماد به هوش مصنوعی و کیفیت تصمیمگیری در این رابطه انجام شده است.
روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارشناسان خسارت شاغل در شرکتهای بیمه ایران، آسیا، البرز، دانا، پاسارگاد، پارسیان، ملت و دی تشکیل میدهند که با روش نمونهگیری طبقهبندی متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد شامل ۲۵ گویه از ۲۶۵ نفر در دو مرحله زمانی گردآوری و با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزیی (PLS-SEM) و نرمافزار SmartPLS تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد پذیرش هوش مصنوعی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر اعتماد به هوش مصنوعی، کیفیت تصمیمگیری و عملکرد کارشناسان خسارت دارد. همچنین اعتماد به هوش مصنوعی و کیفیت تصمیمگیری بهطور جزیی رابطه میان پذیرش هوش مصنوعی و عملکرد کارشناسان را میانجیگری میکنند، با این تفاوت که سهم کیفیت تصمیمگیری در انتقال این اثر از سهم اعتماد به هوش مصنوعی بیشتر بود.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: این پژوهش با تلفیق نظریه پذیرش فناوری، مدل تقاضا-منابع شغلی و مدل تناسب فناوری-وظیفه، چارچوب نظری یکپارچهای برای تبیین پیامدهای رفتاری پذیرش هوش مصنوعی در سطح فردی در صنعت بیمه ایران ارایه میدهد و با شناسایی دو مسیر میانجی متمایز (نگرشی و کاربردی)، بینشهای نظری و کاربردی جدیدی برای مدیران این صنعت فراهم میآورد.
