عنوان تاثیر هوش مصنوعی مالی، بلوغ نظامهای مالی سازمان و انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی بر بهرهوری سازمانی در شرکتهای صنعتی
چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر هوش مصنوعی مالی، بلوغ نظامهای مالی سازمانی و انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی بر بهرهوری سازمانی در شرکتهای صنعتی پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انجام شد. اهمیت مطالعه در تبیین نقش قابلیتهای فناورانه و ساختاری در ارتقای عملکرد سازمانی و کارایی عملیاتی شرکتهای صنعتی نهفته است.
روششناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی–پیمایشی بود. دادههای پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامههای استاندارد گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران مالی، عملیاتی و فناوری اطلاعات شرکتهای صنعتی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند و در نهایت ۲۸۷ پرسشنامه معتبر برای تحلیل مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل دادهها با بهرهگیری از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزیی انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج آزمون فرضیههای اصلی نشان داد انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی نقش میانجی جزیی و معناداری در رابطه بین هوش مصنوعی مالی و بلوغ نظام مالی با بهرهوری سازمانی دارد؛ بهطوریکه شاخص اثر واسطهای به ترتیب برابر 0/421 و 0/375 بود که نشاندهنده انتقال قابلتوجه اثرات غیرمستقیم است. همچنین، نتایج آزمون فرضیههای فرعی حاکی از آن بود که هوش مصنوعی مالی و بلوغ نظام مالی بهصورت مستقیم و مثبت بر بهرهوری سازمانی و انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی اثرگذار هستند. علاوه بر این، انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی نیز تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری بر بهرهوری سازمانی داشت.
اصالت/ارزشافزوده علمی: نتایج آزمون فرضیههای اصلی نشان داد انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی نقش میانجی جزیی و معناداری در رابطه بین هوش مصنوعی مالی و بلوغ نظام مالی با بهرهوری سازمانی دارد؛ بهطوریکه شاخص اثر واسطهای به ترتیب برابر 0/421 و 0/375 بود که نشاندهنده انتقال قابلتوجه اثرات غیرمستقیم است. همچنین، نتایج آزمون فرضیههای فرعی حاکی از آن بود که هوش مصنوعی مالی و بلوغ نظام مالی بهصورت مستقیم و مثبت بر بهرهوری سازمانی و انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی اثرگذار هستند. علاوه بر این، انعطافپذیری ساختارهای صنعتی نیز تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری بر بهرهوری سازمانی داشت.
